The client’s problematic
Chronodrive wanted to replace their internally developed search tool and decommission the functionalities from a multitude of external tools. The customer also wanted to be able to make specific adaptations to his operation and could not find sufficiently flexible solutions on the market.

We first implemented our intelligent search engine on their mobile app and then implemented it on their website as well. We have adapted our algorithms to the requirements and particularities of Chronodrive in order to offer even more relevant recommendations. We have added to the management of Covid-19-related stock-outs with the help of substitutable products. The faceted navigation has also been redesigned to maximize usability and allow users to reduce the number of clicks needed to find the product they were looking for.
